Waste Solution Services LLC is a growing organization dedicated to excellence in environmental and sustainability solutions. We’re looking for an Internal Recruiter to join our HR team and support recruitment efforts across our professional and administrative functions.

Role Overview

The Internal Recruiter supports the full-cycle hiring process, helping source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and ensure a positive candidate experience. This role works closely with hiring managers and the HR Manager to fill roles efficiently and maintain a high standard of recruitment quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with job postings, sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
• Partner with HR and department leaders to understand role requirements.
• Conduct initial candidate outreach and phone screens.
• Maintain candidate data and progress in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Prepare offer letters and assist with onboarding documentation.
• Support process improvements and compliance with hiring policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1+ years of corporate recruiting or talent acquisition support experience.
• Proficient in ATS and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Professional, detail-oriented, and committed to great candidate experiences.
